The project is aimed to encourage the integration of internally displaced persons and all people working with them, teaching the methods of building dialogue, cooperation and searching conflict solution.
Project activities that were held from November 2014 to February 2015 were directed to active young people among the internally displaced persons and professionals, working with children (teachers, psychologists, librarians, etc.).
During the project was successfully confirmed the effectiveness of theatrical techniques "Theatre for dialogue", interactive role-playing techniques such as "Make a Step". Also was especially effective the method of building dialogue – discussion on short movies "Freeze Frame", method Free2choose and others. These techniques were used previously in educational activities and projects—in adolescent camps "Sources of Tolerance" (Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia) and "Building bridges, not walls". Educational methods were adapted for the urgent challenges in Ukrainian society.
The project is organized in cooperation with the the Institute for International Cooperation of the German Adult Education Association (DVV International) and Information and Research Center "Integration and Development" supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany.
